Perception of Organizational Uncertainty as a Predictor of Teacher Inertia

The ability of organizations to adapt quickly change and take action in uncertain situations brought about by a crisis or is vital for their development continuity. Teachers, who are education workers, form the basis system producing services. Therefore, power against uncertainties determined whether teachers face uncertainties. purpose this study look into impact teachers' perceptions organizational uncertainty on inertia. An explanatory predictive pattern, one correlational research designs, was used study. sample consists 307 teachers, simple random sampling method from working Eyüp District Istanbul. Organizational Inertia Scale Uncertainty were as data collection tools. As result research, it seen that there significant differences perception inertia according demographic characteristics teachers. However, concluded predicted attitudes.
